My
Path
to
a
Healthier
Life
As
someone
who
was
once
sedentary
and
did
not
prioritize
their
health,
I
am
now
proud
to
say
that
I
have
been
on
a
fitness
journey
for
the
past
year
that
has
transformed
my
life.
When
I
first
began
my
journey,
I
did
not
know
much
about
exercise
or
nutrition,
but
I
was
determined
to
change
my
lifestyle
for
the
better.
I
started
off
small
by
going
for
daily
walks
and
incorporating
more
vegetables
into
my
diet.
As
I
became
more
comfortable
with
exercise,
I
began
to
explore
different
workouts
and
eventually
found
a
love
for
weightlifting.
I
soon
realized
how
much
of
a
positive
impact
exercise
was
having
on
my
mental
health
as
well,
and
working
out
became
my
therapy.
My
journey
has
not
been
without
its
struggles
though.
There
were
days
when
I
did
not
want
to
workout
or
felt
discouraged
with
my
progress.
However,
I
learned
to
push
through
those
moments
and
found
motivation
in
the
community
of
people
around
me
who
were
also
on
their
own
fitness
journeys.
Along
with
exercise,
I
also
made
changes
to
my
diet
by
cutting
out
processed
foods
and
sugary
drinks.
Instead,
I
focused
on
eating
whole
foods
that
would
fuel
my
body
in
the
best
way
possible.
This
change
not
only
improved
my
physical
health,
but
it
also
increased
my
energy
levels
and
overall
well-being.
Now,
a
year
later,
I
am
proud
of
the
progress
I
have
made.
